The aim of the workshop is to co-develop the conceptual structure of an Operational Brain Data Governance Toolkit, translating the International Brain Initiative framework into practical guidance for researchers, clinicians, industry, policymakers, and regulators. The toolkit will provide implementation-oriented recommendations, governance workflows, and operational criteria to support responsible brain data governance across the entire neural data lifecycle.
